My goal for every session is to create a strong and safe container so that you can be free to explore and express anything that may come up. Emotions and sensations that are often deemed “bad” such as anxiety are welcomed as we move through processes that bring long lasting relief.
We may spend an entire session in one modality, such as a past life regression, or mix up a number of different modalities as we engage in your unique way of processing.
The sessions are long so that we have enough time to not only explore, but also integrate the shifts that we make.
